Banyan Tree provides a sand-filled turtle named ‘Felly’ at turndown service and collects a donation of USD 2 with the consent of guests as a fundraising campaign. Your contribution of USD 2 each night will go a long way in saving endangered marine turtles and other wildlife; preserving and regenerating coral reefs, rainforests, and wetlands; providing scholarships to youths at risk; building community infrastructures globally.
Banyan Tree Club & Spa Seoul has been providing amenities in reusable, hand-crafted ceramic containers since its opening. All amenities such as shampoo, shower gel, and body lotion are made with indigenous flowers, herbs, and spices combined in a final formula that is both good for the earth and those who use them.
Banyan Tree endeavors to raise awareness of important global issues related to the environment, including participation in Earth Hour. Founded in 2007 as a grassroots movement, the annual Earth Hour movement takes place from 8:30pm to 9:30pm on the last Saturday of March. For one hour every year, we turn off non-essential electric lights as a gesture of commitment to our planet.
Banyan Tree Club & Spa Seoul is surrounded by the astonishing nature of Namsan Mountain. We take responsibility in preserving our beautiful surroundings by conducting cleaning activities with our guests and associates each year.
