Terms and Conditions
- Extra charges to the fixed membership rate will apply to additional children, teenagers and/or nannies
- All discounts affiliated with the membership cannot be used in conjunction with promotional offers, cabana rentals and regular day passes
- Complimentary vouchers for Pool & Beach access are entitled to be redeemed on weekdays only
- All bills must be paid by the primary members only
- Upon arrival, all the guests have to approach the hostess desk to present their membership card & Emirates ID
- For room reservations, guests must contact reservations-dubai@banyantree.com with a copy of the voucher and their proposed dates. The voucher must be physically presented upon arrival
- The complimentary room reservation voucher is subject to availability; black-out dates apply. The voucher is for double occupancy only and is not valid on public holidays, peak seasons, or Easter holidays
- The vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded
- The Director of Spa / Assistant Spa Manager will send an email reminder about the membership renewal
- Membership can be frozen for 30 consecutive days only
- Once membership has been frozen, guests must return all old cards to receive the new cards with the new expiration date
- Additional charges are applicable for any lost membership cards
