Banyan Tree Samui is exceptional in every regard. From the beginning of my correspondence months prior, through to our actual stay at the resort, including our wedding and through to the follow-up afterwards; the service was efficient, professional and extremely flexible, accommodating, warm and friendly. It was flawless!

Our wedding was perfect! Every request that I made prior to the wedding was met. My wedding vision was implemented to perfection. Truly a fairytale wedding! The ceremony was held in the beautiful grounds under the coconut trees next to the beach, the cocktail reception was by the beautiful infinity pool overlooking the beachfront lawn and the private beach, while dinner was at the beachfront restaurant, Sands. It was magical!

All hands were on deck that afternoon and evening to serve us, yet it was not intrusive. The food was fine dining at its best while the service was impeccable. The team knew what we wanted and when we wanted it without us even having to ask. Our wedding party was treated like royalty during our entire stay. They also surprised us with a spectacular fire show during the wedding dinner. The perfect end to an evening.

The Wedding Specialist deserves a very special mention. Without his efficiency, flexibility, professionalism and eagerness to meet our every request, we would not have achieved such a perfect wedding. During our stay, he ensured that everything went like clockwork and he had a smile on his face the entire time. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Truly the perfect Wedding Specialist!

The wedding was out of this world! Banyan Tree Samui is an exceptional venue to hold your wedding and I would say the only venue on Koh Samui if you really want that wow factor and impeccable, polished service. Banyan Tree Samui is a step above on all levels - from the staff, to the location and to the attention to the finer details found in their services and facilities.
