Cancellation Policy

• An additional Kyoto City Tax of 1,000 JPY will be applied per person per night, subject to change without notice.
  • This tax is to be paid by guests directly at the hotel.

Children Policy

• Infants and toddlers, who are 4 years old or younger, accompanied by an adult, dine and stay in existing bedding with our compliments.
• Children 11 years old or younger, accompanied by an adult, can stay on existing bedding with our compliments and dine at 50% off regular breakfast prices, except for kid’s menu.
• Children 12 years old or older are considered adults.

Rickshaw Policy
