Terms & Conditions:
• Rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) on a per villa per night basis.
• Rates are subject to 15% Service Charge and 21% Taxes (5% Lodging Tax and 16% Value Added Tax), which are subject to change according to local legislature.
• Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
• Late check-out from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
• Late check-out from 6:00 pm will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
• In the event of a no-show or early departure, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for the entire stay shall be chargeable.
• Guarantee to Credit Card. Original credit card used during booking must be presented at the time of check-in for verification.
• Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies.
• Reservations will be cancelled at the resort's discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.
• Extra person charge without breakfast is USD 100 per person per night, subject to 15% Service Charge, 5% Lodging Tax and 16% Value Added Tax.
Cancellation Policy
- Guarantee to Credit Card. The original credit card used during booking must be presented during check-in for verification.
- From January 02 to April 19, 2024: Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival and two nights of confirmed accommodation charges after that.
- From April 14 to December 18, 2024: Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival and 1 night of confirmed accommodation charges after that.
- From December 19, 2024 to Jan 04, 2025: Free cancellation up to 90 days before arrival and 100% of confirmed accommodation charges after that.
- From January 05 to May 3, 2025: Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival and two nights of confirmed accommodation charges after that.
- From May 4 to December 18, 2025: Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival and 1 night of confirmed accommodation charges after that.
- From December 18, 2025, to January 03, 2026: Free cancellation up to 90 days before arrival and 100% of confirmed accommodation charges after that.
