- All reservations require non-refundable pre-payment deposit upon confirmation of the booking.
- Rates are subject to 10% service charge and 10% Government tax.
- Check-in time: 3 pm. Check-out time: 12 noon.
- 3rd/5th person surcharge with bed is USD 100++ per night (only applicable in Valley Villa and Ocean View Villa). This surcharge excludes all package inclusions.
- Child Policy : Child below 12 years old will be complimentary (using existing bedding). Extra bed request will be complimentary and subject to availability.
- Credit card information provided does not require signature and constitutes approval by cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies.
- Due to the unique architectural style of Banyan Tree Bintan villas, it is not recommended for families with children below 12 years. However this will be at the discretion of parents
- Early Bird Advantage booking is non-cancellable.
- Reservation will be automatically cancelled at the hotel’s discretion without prior notice if found the credit card submitted is invalid.
